Riyadh: Saudi Arabia-based Red Sea International Co. on Monday said that its wholly-owned subsidiary Red Sea Housing Services Company in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) signed an alliance agreement with Rental Solutions and Services Company (RSS).

Under this deal, the two firms will offer premium solutions for customers in the GCC region in power, wastewater processing, cooling, and water supply infrastructure sectors in remote areas, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The two parties did not reveal the contract’s value and the financial impact cannot be currently specified.

RSS is specialised in providing temporary generator and cooling systems in the GCC region.

Red Sea International’s stock increased 1.15% to close Monday’s trading session at SAR 15.80.
