Mubasher: Burgan Bank announced that Hamad Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah has purchased about 109,900 shares in the bank on Monday.
Al Sabah, who was appointed as the chairman of Kuwait Projects Holding (KIPCO), has executed the transaction at 260 fils per share or a total of KWD 28,600.
It is noteworthy that KIPCO owns an equity exceeding 65% in Burgan Bank.
At the stock level, Burgan Bank closed Tuesday’s session at 272 fils.
