Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the registration of Enma Alrawabi Company’s shares for direct listing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

The CMA board’s resolution was taken on 20 September, according to a bourse statement.

Enma Alrawabi will be trading on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of Tadawul.

Tadawul noted that the registration document will still be published prior to the listing process.

The company operates in the real estate development and investment industry, with 15 completed projects and three under implementation.
