CAIRO: The Saudi Communication and Information Technology Commission (CITC) said on Monday it was lifting a suspension on some services of Etihad Etisalat Co (Mobily) after the company submitted proof of its commitment to meeting requirements that top-level positions in the company should be held by Saudis, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Etihad Etisalat announced earlier on Monday that CITC had suspended some of its services, saying it had failed to achieve certain Saudisation obligations.

The decision included the suspension of sales for pre-paid and post-paid packages of mobile services to new customers.
