Egypt’s El Baron Developments said on Monday that it has appointed key consultants and vendors for its 650-million-pound ($41 million) Vigor commercial project, located in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital. 

Chairman and Managing Director Hazem Zarif said in a press statement that the company has appointed engineering consultant Mohamed Talaat to design the 11-storey project. He said an MoU was signed with Elsewedy Electric to supply cables while KAD Commercial Property Management was awarded the contract for managing the property after completion. 

Zarif said the project, spread over an area of 4,700 square metres, would include retail and medical units and offices. 

El Baron Developments has developed and delivered 135 projects over the past 40 years, the statement noted.
