Dr. Aydar Shakirov, Head of the Gas Market Analysis Department at the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) will unpack the latest short-term market developments on the global gas market at the upcoming MSGBC Oil, Gas&Power 2021 Conference and Exhibition; organized by Energy Capital&Power (www.EnergyCapitalPower.com), the conference will take place in Dakar in December, 2021.

Dr. Aydar Shakirov, Head of the Gas Market Analysis Department at the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) has been confirmed as a speaker at the MSGBC Oil, Gas&Power 2021 Conference and Exhibition, organized by Energy Capital&Power, taking place in Dakar in December.

Dr. Aydar Shakirov has worked at the GECF since 2017: first as gas transportation and storage analyst and later as the head of the Gas Market Analysis Department. The principal mission of the department consists of monitoring and analyzing gas market developments in the short term, with a special focus on gas supply and demand, energy policies, pipeline gas and LNG trade, gas transportation and storage, gas prices and pricing mechanisms and the development of competing fuels. The Department is responsible for keeping GECF Member Countries informed on the latest developments on the gas market through regular reports and studies.
