ArabFinance: Dice Sport and Casual Wear (DSCW) stated that its shareholder Khalfan al Muhairy increased his stake from 4.8294% to 7.103% in the company, according to the company's September 2ndstatement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

Al Muhairy purchased 12,050,000 shares at EGP 1.8394 per each, with a total amount of EGP 22,164,770.

The company incurred a consolidated net loss of EGP 91,583,173 in the first half (H1) of 2020, against EGP 70,821,385 posted in H1 2019.

Standalone net loss reached EGP 101,507,952 in H1 2020, against a net profit of EGP 56,986,647 in H1 2019.

Dice Sport is an Egypt-based company engaged in the casual wear garments and textile industry.

The company manufactures and distributes ready-made casual wear made of pure and mixed cotton, polyester, and viscose fabrics in different types, as well as other knitting products.
