BLME Holdings to cease trading on Nasdaq Dubai

Following a resolution by its board, BLME Holdings, the parent company of Bank of London & The Middle East, will cease trading on Nasdaq Dubai.

The resolution is subject to approval from Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the company said in a statement to Nasdaq Dubai.

The company will take steps to re-register BLME as a private limited company in accordance with the United Kingdom’s Companies Act 2006, the statement said.
