439 new COVID-19 cases registered in Bahrain on Saturday

Bahrain yesterday recorded 439 new Covid-19 cases alongside 1,063 recoveries and 11 fatalities.

Yesterday’s deaths bring the total fatalities to 1,297.

The Health Ministry said that of the new cases, 233 were expat workers and 205 contacts of local cases.

An additional 1,063 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 252,848.

Of the 8,282 active cases, 155 are receiving treatment and 190 in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered a total of 262,427 cases.

The kingdom has conducted 4,897,598 virus tests.
