130 new Covid-19 cases registered in Bahrain on Tuesday

Bahrain yesterday registered 130 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 149 recoveries and one death.

A Bahraini man, 55, died yesterday, taking the total deaths to 340.

The Health Ministry revealed that of the new cases, 42 were expatriate workers, 85 contacts of local cases and three travel-related.

It said an additional 149 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total recoveries to 84,166.

Of the 1,510 active cases, 28 were receiving treatment and 10 in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered 86,016 cases and has conducted 1,993,184 tests.
