Ras al Khaimah, UAE - Transguard Living, a Transguard Group Company, has officially opened its first office in Ras Al Khaimah, and will now provide cleaning, repairs, painting, landscaping, pest control and relocation services to residents in communities including Al Hamra Village, Al Marjan Island, Mina Al Arab and beyond.

The new office, centrally located in Al Hamra Village, is fast becoming a hub for already serving residents of Ras Al Khaimah with response times of just an hour, unlimited callouts, air conditioning maintenance (up to three-times a year), plumbing and electrical care.

“This is a major milestone in the growth of Transguard Living and the first step towards covering the Northern Emirates,” said Greg Ward, Managing Director of Transguard Group. “Other than Dubai and Abu Dhabi, which is also high on our agenda, Ras Al Khaimah has the largest proportion of completed freehold communities in the UAE and therefore has huge growth potential. This move also provides direct access to Fujairah, where the real estate market is continuing to build pace.”

Launched in Dubai in early 2017, Transguard Living has seen unprecedented success, witnessing annual revenue growth of 200% year-on-year, and the completion of more than 10,000 jobs, including home maintenance, cleaning and moving services.

“Our aim is to become the first dedicated home services company to provide support right across the UAE. This will benefit professional landlords, property developers and real estate agents by providing a service that covers all emirates making the process easier from a client supplier perspective.”

Every member of the Transguard Living team receives training at the 38,000 square foot Transguard Centre of Excellence facility, located in Dubai Investment Park. Every individual is trained to the same standard as Transguard’s staff, who provide housekeeping and maintenance to the company’s luxury hotel and commercial clients.
