Abu Dhabi: Finance House Securities (FHS) announced that it has received the 5 Star Award as part of the “Brokers Excellence Rating” program, after the announcement of the results for the first round of evaluations by the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
Commenting on the results of the first round of evaluations, Ayman Al Khatib, General Manager of FHS, said: ”We are honoured to have received the Five Star Award from the Dubai Financial Market. This comes as a result of our continuous efforts to enhance our service and ensure a high level of transparency with our customers. This award, is evidence that our efforts have borne fruit and we will ensure that our customers continue to enjoy excellent service at our branches.”
The “Brokers Excellence Rating” program is one of the most notable initiatives of DFM and underlines its efforts to further enhance investor services and position the UAE as a centre of excellence in financial services, both regionally and globally.
“Our vision is one that, not only seeks to surpass market expectations, but attempts to lay down the groundwork for enhanced, more secured and optimized services. We are optimistic about the future and we hope to achieve great things during this year,” concluded, Al Khatib.

FHS received this award after being crowned with the Service Excellence Award by the Department of Economic Development in Dubai for the year 2018.
