Jeddah — The Nuzha Industrial Estate will be vacated to make way for the Basmat Jeddah Park project on the southern side of the new airport.

Two large monuments highlighting the word “Jeddah” in English and Arabic will be built.
More than 20,000 trees and 75 palm trees will be planted. An area of 176,000 square meters will be covered with natural and synthetic grass.
