Manama, Bahrain: Albilad Real Estate Investment Company is promoting “Water Garden City” at Gulf Property Show 2017.

The official Master Community Developer of Water Garden City is promoting the mixed use water-front development which is  situated in the Seef District.

Lease agreements for the restaurant units are being negotiated and interested restaurant owners and operators are invited to submit their proposal at Gulf Property Show.

All the infrastructure requirements have been  completed for the Marina District including roads, electrical power, water supply, sewerage network and Batelco optical fibre high speed cables have been installed.

The Sky Garden villas, which are also nearing completion offering unique Marina frontage with unobstructed sea views of the Arabian Gulf. The Sky Garden villas are a walking distance to the attractively landscaped 'Beach Park' with a sandy expanse providing excellent recreational space for residents.  Buyers at Gulf Property Show will have the opportunity to purchase a villa with immediate occupancy
