Muscat: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), has inspected the level of compliance in aviation health safety protocols against Covid-19 at both Muscat and Duqm Airport.

The CAA said in a statement: "The Civil Aviation Authority, with the participation of the Ministry of Health and the Royal Oman Police, in cooperation with companies operating in the aviation sector, carried out an inspection on the level of compliance in aviation health safety protocols against COVID-19 at Muscat International Airport and Duqm Airport and on the flight between the two airports."

"This comes within the framework of the program implemented by the authority to follow up on the level of application of health measures to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic since its application at airports and on board aircraft operating in Oman," added the CAA.
