London/Dubai; BLME Holdings plc (the “Company”) hereby announces that pursuant to the Share Repurchase Programme announced on 21 November 2018 the following shares were purchased by Al Safwa Mubasher Financial Services PJSC, a Nasdaq Dubai approved member, on behalf of NBK Banque Privée (Suisse) SA on 13 December 2018:

Total number of shares: Nil

Average price paid per share: Not applicable

The total number of shares purchased was less than the daily limit of the number of shares the Company was authorised to purchase and therefore the unused balance of 3,806,168 shares will be carried over and the maximum number of shares the Company will be authorised to purchase on 16 December 2018 is up to 6,252,839.

The aggregate total of the number of shares purchased during the first four days of the programme was 5,980,516 shares at a weighted average price paid of $0.399581 per share.
