ArabFinance: Arab Engineering Industries (EEII) decided to split its shares' par value to be EGP 0.375 instead of EGP 3.75, according to a September 16thdisclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

The company will maintain the issued and paid-up capital unchanged at EGP 62,469,750, the statement added. The capital after splitting will be distributed on 166,586,000 shares instead of 16,658,600 shares.

On July 15th, the extraordinary general meeting approved the stock split.

The company said the shareholders recorded on September 21st are entitled to trade their shares as of September 22nd.
