287 new COVID-19 cases registered in Bahrain on Saturday

Bahrain yesterday recorded 287 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 238 recoveries and one fatality.

A Bahraini woman, 83, died yesterday, taking the total deaths to 355. Of the new cases, 152 were expat workers, 121 new cases of local contacts and 14 travel-related.

An additional 238 people recovered, taking the total to 92,113. Of the 2,849 active cases, 43 are receiving treatment and 12 are in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered 95,317 cases, including active cases, recoveries and deaths.

Bahrain has conducted 2,463,161 tests.
