Work scheduled for $1bln bridge between Saudi Arabia, Bahrain

Bahrain - Construction work on the King Hamad Causeway that will connect Bahrain to Saudi Arabia will begin in 2021.

The upcoming months will see a tender for construction, Saudi ambassador to Bahrain, Abdullah Al Sheikh told Al Arabiya.

Work that will start in mid-2021 will take approximately three years Construction Week reported.
