Ajman: SMES’s Taziz Programme of Ajman Department of Economic Development (Ajman-DED) will organize 4 “remote” training courses through Microsoft Teams Platform. The courses will be delivered from 5 PM to 7 PM, in collaboration with the National Program for Small and Medium Enterprises and Projects and Dubai Entrepreneurship Academy with the view to enabling project owners and entrepreneurs to improve their projects for sustainable development. The participants will receive attendance certificate.

The first course will be delivered on Wednesday, 12th of August in “Strategic Leadership and Future Foresight”. The course will deal with many topics such as the concepts of strategic leadership, the basics and skills of effective strategic planning, the role of future foresight and its effect on strategic planning, and challenges preventing effective planning and means to overcome them.

A second course titled “Market and Sales Professionalism” will be held on 17th of August and will address the appropriate marketing plans and concepts, and the professional sale operations.

It will be then followed by a course titled “Investments and economic trends following COVID-19” on 24th of August. This course will address the economic trends for 2019 and 2020, the 2021 economic prospects, the UAE economic priorities, investments of small, medium and large funds and investment decision-making matrix.

The Program will conclude with an advisory session titled “How can I manage my expenses” on 31 August. This session will focus on solutions for managing fixed expenses and current and operating expenses, dealing with suppliers and service providers and liquidity planning to meet financial obligations.
