MOSCOW- Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft has exported 46.7 million tonnes of oil in the first quarter 2021, down 18.2% from the same period last year, it said on Thursday, citing global curbs on oil output.

Oil products exports declined over the January-March quarter by 7.1% to 7.8 million tonnes while supplies to the domesic market slumped by 19% to 1.7 million tonnes.

Transneft handles more than 90% of all oil produced in Russia.
