Mubasher: Gulf Cement Company will submit a proposal concerning withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait due to higher annual fees.

The final decision will be announced on Thursday, 5 March, subject to the approval of the company's board of directors, according to a stock exchange statement on Monday.

It is noteworthy that in 2019, the company reported an 18% decline in net losses to KWD 2.21 million, compared to KWD 2.70 million in 2018.

Gulf Cement is dually listed on Boursa Kuwait and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
