Al Salam Bank buys 404,000 treasury shares

Mubasher: Al Salam Bank – Bahrain announced it has bought 404,000 treasury shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB) on 10 October 2019.

This brings the bank’s total holding of treasury shares to 57.173 million from 56.769 million, representing 2.580% of issued share capital, according to a bourse filing.

It is worth noting that Al Salam Bank had bought around 1.201 treasury shares on the DFM and BHB on 9 October 2019.
