Coronavirus: Kuwait reports 701 new Covid-19 cases

This takes the total reported cases in the country to 74,486, and recoveries to 66,099

The Kuwait health ministry on Thursday reported 701 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 648 recoveries.

No new deaths were reported.

This takes the total reported cases in the country to 74,486, and recoveries to 66,099. The death tally has remained unchanged at 489.

More than 4,100 new Covid-19 tests were carried out in the country, taking the total to 548,005.

Of the 7,898 active cases in the country, 118 are in serious condition, the ministry said.
