AMMAN — Lebanon's Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib on Wednesday received the Kingdom's Ambassador to Lebanon Walid Al Hadid.

Talks during the meeting went over the re-operationalisation of the joint higher committee between the two countries, as well as the plans for importing gas from Egypt and electricity from Jordan.

The foreign minister affirmed his country's keenness to further advance Jordanian-Lebanese relations in various fields, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
