Riyadh – The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) has been issued a property deed to own a land plot spanning 269.21 million square metres in Wadi Al Dawasir, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The pursuant decision was issued by the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture based on a royal decree that grants NADEC ownership of land plots that the company has been using among the total provided lands.

Issuing land deeds in the areas of Hail and Al Jouf however is still being under-process by relevant authorities and will be announced at that time.

As the process of issuing Wadi Al Dawasir land deed has been finalised, Nadec is currently working on completing the regular procedures with the concerned authorities regarding Hail and Al Jouf Lands.

On 25 August, the Council of Ministers gave its green light for the procedures of the provided lands to NADEC.
