Muscat: The Sultanate produced electricity over 4,000 GW per hour till the end of last February and water over 446 millions cubic meters until the end of December 2019.

A statement issued online by the Oman News Agency (ONA ), said: "The Sultanate's total electricity production until the end of February 2020 declined by 6.5% to stood at 4,080.2 GW per hour, compared to the end of the same period in 2019, which stood at 4,365.6 GW per hour, according to the statistics released by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI)."

"The water production of the Sultanate reached 446.1 million cubic meters till the end of December 2019, comprising an increase by 5.8%, compared to the end of December 2018, which stood at 421.7 million cubic meters." the statement added.
