Doha, Qatar: In its commitment to move towards sustainable paradigms, HEC Paris, ranked number 3 worldwide in Executive Education by the Financial Times, gains a step closer by signing an agreement with Elite Paper Recycling for their paper waste collection. This agreement with Elite Paper reflects HEC Paris’ commitment to align and strengthen its vision to support Qatar National Vision 2030 in transforming the country into an advanced society capable of achieving sustainable development by 2030. 

Elite Paper Recycling manufactures kraft paper with paper and cardboard waste. In just about five years of being in the business, the company strives to contribute positively to the nation’s sustainable economy by providing gainful learning and employment opportunities, while meeting the challenges of the ever-changing environment.

Dr. Nils Plambeck, Dean & CEO, HEC Paris in Qatar, said: “We are pleased to collaborate with Elite Paper Recycling to enhance the sustainable paradigms in Qatar. Our efficient and highly-productive factory technologies installed at our mills are some of the best in the world, with a capability of recycling over 4,000 ton of paper per month, enabling for an aggregate production capacity of 48,750 MT/year. EPR Currently producing 3,000 tonnes per month with 80 percent of their products exported to many countries in Asia including Oman, Kuwait, Sri Lanka and China.
