The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the headquarters of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) in Abu Dhabi by His Excellency Sami Mohammed bin Adi, the Ministry’s Assistant Under-Secretary for the Support Services Sector, and Lt. Col. Ahmad Buharun Al Shamsi, General Director of the Social Solidarity Fund for Employees of the Ministry of Interior, with several leaders and senior officials from both entities in attendance.

It also forms part of our commitment to enhancing the positive spirit and happiness of the employees, improving performance, and facilitating achievements.”

For his part, Lt. Col.
