MANAMA: Solidarity Bahrain has launched ‘on-spot cash settlement’ in lieu of car repair for its customers, to enhance and simplify the motor claim process.

The subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding announced that the new service is a ‘first of its kind in Bahrain’, and in line with a strategy to differentiate the company in a price-driven and highly-competitive insurance sector, by focusing on “quality, digital innovation, superior customer care and a unique customer experience”.

Convenience

It is designed for customers who wish to carry out the repair process themselves at their convenience.

The settlement amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 24 hours of claim acceptance by the client.

Jawad Mohammed, chief executive of the company said: “Our privileged customers can choose from a wide range of settlement options, based on their preference, and we are delighted to provide them with the option of on-spot cash settlement. Customers who opt for on-spot cash settlement, can easily apply through our online channels or branches and the reimbursement process will be completed within 24 hours.”
