VIENNA  - Saudi Arabian Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih said on Thursday the U.S. oil output boom will see a significant slowdown due to pipeline constraints in the next two years.

The comment came as Saudi Arabia is trying to persuade fellow OPEC members to raise oil production to meet growing global demand and prevent a new shortage of crude.

Oil ministers from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries meet on Friday in Vienna, followed by talks with non-OPEC oil producers on Saturday.
