Abu Dhabi's Department of Transport has issued an update on the installation of the new toll gates ahead of the activation later this year.

According to a statement issued on Thursday, DoT said that the first toll gate has been implemented (installed) on Al Maqta bridge.

Authorities are currently working on installing the other toll gates on Sheikh Zayed bridge, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bridge and Musaffah bridge.
