Higher Colleges of Technology announced that they will suspend classes by 2pm on Tuesday (January 29) so that students can watch the Asian Cup 2019 semi-final between UAE and Qatar.
Earlier today, Ministry of Education announced a two-hour reduction in public school hours on Tuesday so that students get a chance to support the national side at Mohamed bin Zayed Stadium.
A Twitter statement by HCT added that missed lectures will be compensated for.
