SINGAPORE- * Qatar is expected to resume normal exports of al-Shaheen crude in October at 17 cargoes after cutting supplies in the previous month, two trade sources said on Thursday

* Qatar Petroleum offered four cargoes to load on Oct. 1-2, 16-17, 28-29 and 29-30 in a tender that will close on Aug. 14

* For September, traders had estimated that there were 12 cargoes, down from 16 in August
