DUBAI- Qatar's central bank sold 1.1 billion riyals ($293.31 million) of Treasury bills at a monthly auction, with yields falling from the last month, it said on Wednesday.

It sold 600 million riyals of three-month bills at a yield of 2.21 percent, 300 million riyals of six-month bills at 2.53 percent and 200 million riyals of nine-month paper at 2.75 percent.

Last month, it sold 700 million riyals of three-month bills at 2.38 percent, 300 million riyals of six-month bills at 2.63 percent and 200 million riyals of nine-month debt at a yield of 2.83 percent. ($1 = 3.7503 riyals) (Reporting By Aziz El Yaakoubi; Editing by Catherine Evans)
