Investment Corporation of Dubai-owned developer Ithra Dubai announced on Monday the topping out of the structure of Tower A and Tower B at One Za’abeel development

The topping out marks the completion of One Za’abeel’s structural phase, Ithra Dubai said in a statement.

The developer said that it expects to complete the exterior works with the installation of full cladding for Tower A and Tower B, and The Link by the end of 2021.

In October 2020, Zawya Projects reported that the installation of The Link skybridge, which connects Towers A and B 125 metres above the ground, has been completed.

“Tower A and Tower B are consigned to residential, hospitality and commercial offerings, while The Link is dedicated to unique cultural, lifestyle and culinary experiences for the enjoyment of tourists and residents alike,” the statement noted.

It said the 300-metre tall, 67-storey Tower A will house offices, multiple amenities, and the world’s first One & Only urban (vertical) resort; The 235-metre tall, 57-storery Tower B will house residential units. The Link will host hospitality and entertainment venues, restaurants, an infinity pool, a luxury spa and an observation deck.

Last year, Ithra Dubai said the entire project would be delivered in phases starting the fourth quarter of 2021.
