Manama, Bahrain: Golden Gate towers showcases at The Gulf Property Show at the Avenues Bahrain.
Golden Gate Developers will be introducing the $212 million twin residential tower.
The Golden Gate towers project is planned to be the highest residential tower in Bahrain. The development will comprise of two towers scaling 45 and 53 floors
The development is a joint venture between Kooheji Golden Gate and two respectively international real estate companies, Ajmera Realty Group and Mayfair Housing whose head offices are in India.
Chairman of Kooheji Golden Gate - Mr. Ishaq Al Kooheji commenting on the development says “Bahrain Bay is an attractive central Manama location for investors. The Golden Gate development is looking to create a residential opportunity for buyers and investors.
“This project is part of our ongoing strategy to invest in Bahrain’s economy through the Kingdom’s promising real estate sector.” Comments Chairman of Mayfair Housing - Mr. Nayan Shah.
Golden Gate covers 140,000 square meters of built up space with stunning views, providing residents luxury canal & seaside living, easy access to a wealth of amenities and nearby links to both local and international transport connections.
