Al Hadrami: High demand for retail spaces among locals

- Projected population growth reinforces Al Mawaleh Area’s real estate potential

- Al Mazaya Holding continues to provide incentives for new home buyers at flexible 24-month payment plans

- Immediate delivery of residential units

Al Mazaya Holding organised an open day on Saturday the 15th December, during which a large number of Omani nationals seeking residential units were present. Specifically, the interests of said individuals, were toward Mazaya Residences Al Mawaleh by Al Mazaya Holding. The project located in the Al Seeb area, is conveniently situated behind Muscat City Center, and is one of the leading integrated, mixed-use developments in the region.

With Phase-1 of the development having recently been completed, visitors were freely encouraged to inspect the entire project. Home seekers were given the opportunity to have a hands-on experience through a fully furnished model apartment, which highlighted the attention to detail and space Al Mazaya had considered throughout the stages of design and development. The demo unit showcased thoughtful use of modern design, material and technical specifications that will be featured in the units at Al Mawaleh, giving the home-seekers a feel for the premium construction and engineering standards set by Al Mazaya.

Visitors were impressed by the quality, craft and engineering techniques Al Mazaya deployed in development, where an emphasis on an integrated lifestyle had been carefully considered to meet the standards of Omani and GCC citizens alike. Those seeking serviced apartments or investment opportunities with high yields were treated with units in a residential-cum-commercial complex specifically designed to cater to both owners and tenants. The home-seekers were later briefed on the opportunities of procuring retail unit spaces, in the combined retail-residential integrated environment, showcasing potential for both future visitors and residents.

Jassim Al Hadrami, representative of Al Mazaya Holding in Oman, said "Al Mazaya residences are one of the most successful developments in Muscat. Our company has continually demonstrated the feasibility of creating successful housing at all levels, proving that this development is both valuable and beneficial to the Al Mawaleh area." Jassim added that the residence which would feature many integrated services and facilities would be the ideal environment for Omani and Gulf families, strategically located by Muscat City Center, the new airport, and various other key destinations and amenities in the Omani capital.

“The feedback received following the open day was unanimously positive, and there was a strong sense of excitement in the air from potential buyers. It’s gratifying for everyone at Al Mazaya to continually fulfil our pledge of developing the best residences for Omani and Gulf citizens.” Noted Jassim, who then went on to announce that Al Mazaya will continue to offer a range of incentives to potential home buyers. The offer included immediate delivery of units at competitive rates based on flexible payment plans, featuring a 10% first instalment, 30% in two months, with the remainder to be paid over 24 months.

Al-Hadrami stressed that Al Mazaya's real estate development strategy is based on examining the reality of the market and its requirements. The strategy allowed the company to offer leasable retail spaces during this phase of the development. The market study proved to be in substantial demand by businessmen and investors to rent shops and benefit from the projected population growth, both in the general area and specifically within the Al Mawaleh project itself. The project’s Phase-1 currently covers 6,614 square meters, comprising of 120 apartments and 28 retail units.

Earlier this year, Al Mazaya celebrated the completion of Phase-1 of Mazaya Residence. The project has officially been received from the contractor, allowing Al Mazaya to begin communication with official and governmental authorities in Muscat to establish an owner association. All processes are geared toward allowing Al Mazaya to provide an optimal environment, ensuring the continued wellbeing of future inhabitants. Bait Al Osool were signed as official project managers by the company, to see the finalisation of the complex come to fruition. Bait Al Osool will provide meticulous administrative and technical teams working around the clock on-site, to support both residents and human traffic passing through the vicinity.

Al Mazaya Holding Company is keen to offer a high-quality real estate at affordable prices for all sectors of Omani society. Seeking to create comfortable living environments that make optimal use of space, Al Mazaya developments are secure, accessible and feature various amenities. The Al Mawaleh project itself will feature all of these things, including swimming pools, tennis courts, fully equipped health clubs for both genders, children’s play areas and state-of-the-art CCTV facilities. Security, cleaning and maintenance services will also come as standard, with an easy-access underground parking facility for residents and guests.
