Abu Dhabi: livehealthy.ae, the only health and wellness online magazine for men and women in the UAE, will launch its first ever, health and wellness festival in partnership with The Abu Dhabi Public Health Center (ADPHC). The Livehealthy Festival 2020 will be open to the public and takes place on the 24th and 25th of January at Manarat Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi.

The Livehealthy Festival 2020 centers on every body and mind and takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and this is in alignment with the vision of the ADPHC of a healthier and happier Abu Dhabi! The festival allows participants to dive deeper into health and wellness with ease, through education and providing deeper insights into the benefits of lifestyle changes with a focus on moderation.

Targeted at the whole family, the festival will have two days of free programs and activities, led by leading health and wellness professionals from the UAE and is tailor made to boost the health, wellbeing and happiness of every individual.

The program of the festival aligns with the Seven Dimensions of Wellness, concentrating on fitness, health, mindfulness, community, productivity, environment and food. The festival gives attendees the opportunity to learn more about the mind, body and nutrition in a fun, encouraging and inclusive atmosphere.

Sessions and workouts will cater to varying ages and skill levels, ranging from kids’ yoga to the Vinyasa flow. There will also be meditation classes, expert panels and workshops covering a variety of activities and interests like understanding food sensitivities, mindfulness and meditation, ensuring visitors will be spoilt for choice by the multitude of activities.

His Excellency Mr. Matar Al Nuaimi, the Director General at ADPHC, said: “ADPHC highly recommends and encourages all community members in Abu Dhabi to participate in this fun, healthy and family friendly event!
