Khaleeji Commercial Bank - Bahrain offers instant debit card to new customers

MANAMA: Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) has announced the launch of instant debit card issuance service across all its branches.

Customers can now receive a debit card instantly when opening a current or savings account at any of KHCB’s branches, rather than waiting for several days and having to visit the branch again to obtain the card.

This applies to card replacement requests for lost or damaged cards as well, said a statement.

Commenting on the service, the bank’s assistant general manager of retail banking Mazen Salman Sater said it would add value to customers by eliminating the waiting period.

He added this innovation comes within the framework of the bank’s business strategy to provide advanced financial services to meet the requirements of its customers and their aspirations, in a manner ensuring more speed and convenience.

The bank, said Mr Sater, was working to launch several new initiatives which aim to provide innovative solutions to customers.
