Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB), one of the leading Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has organised a high-level workshop in cooperation with GFH Finance Group for members of the Board of Directors and Executive Management of the two institutions. The day-long workshop was held at Four Seasons Hotel, Bahrain Bay.

The workshop, presented by Professor Nabil El-Hage from the Institute of Public Relations and Executive Skills in San Juan-USA, addressed a number of topics, including the importance of designing a system to evaluate the performance and compensation of senior executives, answering questions regarding the means of familiarising with investment clients and responsibilities towards guaranteeing their rights, and discussing practical models and best practices adopted by deal makers.

Chairman of the KHCB Board of Directors, Mr. Jassim Mohamed Alseddiqi commented "We at KHCB recognise the importance of continuing efforts to develop our human resources at all levels. This workshop represents an important step towards enhancing the competencies of our Board of Directors and Executive Management.”
