Frank Porter, an Airbnb management company, has announced plans to expand its homegrown, Dubai-based business to Abu Dhabi, becoming the first licensed, short-term property management company in the UAE capital.

With this, Frank Porter has made its move into the UAEs largest Emirate to take advantage of the ever expanding cultural and business tourism.

This move comes as a result of the law changes in Abu Dhabi with the Capital issuing new regulations to regulate the holiday homes sector in the emirate.

Frank Porter anticipates a huge growth in Abu Dhabi and is proud to be entering the market. Having developed the team in Dubai from two to over 100 in four years, Anna Skigin has big ambitions for Abu Dhabi and thanks to the on-going support from the government, the news is an exciting step for both the Emirate and Frank Porter.

Skigin, CEO of Frank Porter said: We are very excited to be expanding into Abu Dhabi and are grateful for the incredible support of the government to make it happen. Abu Dhabi is fast becoming the cultural hub of the UAE, and we can't wait to bring more tourists to experience the Emirate. TradeArabia News Service
