The total value of sales of Deerat Al Oyoon housing project is set to reach BD 200 million once all the 1921 units are sold, said Eskan Bank senior marketing manager Khalid Al Khaja.
Nearly 61 per cent of the project were sold and 30pc of the final phase have been booked over three weeks, he told reporters on the sidelines of a tour of the final phase of the project, organised by Eskan bank.
He expected the total project to be sold out within six months, reports our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej.
