Abu Dhabi-Staff at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) have celebrated the recovery of the youngest Covid-19 patient admitted to the ICU in UAE.

9-year-old Hervie Emmanuel Magos, was discharged from the SKMC on April 21 after he had fully recovered from the coronavirus. He had spent a month at the hospital receiving treatment.

The boy, who is the only child of a Filipino family living in Abu Dhabi was admitted to SKMC on March 22 and transferred to the ICU on March 23 while in critical condition.

He celebrated his 9th birthday in the ICU on April 1st.

And on April 11, he was moved to Peds General Ward.

On Tuesday evening April 21, the medics from SKMC released a video in which they celebrated the recovery of the little boy.
