MANAMA - Bahrain’s Tasheelat Real Estate Services Company (Tresco) launched the second phase of “Tasheelat Muharraq” project.

Addressing a Press conference at the company’s headquarters, Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company chief executive Dr Adel Hubail said the first phase witnessed a remarkable response from individuals, institutions and developers.

Tresco real Estate head Jaffar Al Oraibi said that 50 per cent of the residential plots were sold in a short period of time, highlighting that the company ensures launching projects that cater to the needs of customers and the citizens.

“Tasheelat Muharraq is a set of plots for the construction of private villas, located near landmarks like Amwaj Islands, Diyar Al Muharraq and Dragon Mall,” Mr Jaffar pointed out.

The project consists of 106 housing plots of numerous sizes starting from 300 square metres. It also includes facilities such as electricity, telecommunication and sewage stations, and broad streets according to the standards set by authorities.

It is an extension of Tresco’s other existing projects in Sar and Hamad town.
