UAE-based developer Reportage Properties announced on Sunday the launch of Monte Napoleone, the company’s first residential project outside the country in Egypt. 

The 5,500-unit project, located in Mostakbal City, New Cairo, would be developed in partnership with top Egyptian real estate developer Al Ahly Sabbour, the company said in a press statement. 

The statement said the project, spread over an area of ​​465,000 square metres (sqm), will comprise of townhouses and apartments, and handovers are expected to start by the end of fourth quarter of 2025. 

Reportage Properties is currently developing eight projects in Abu Dhabi in Masdar City, Al Raha Beach, Al Maryah Island and Yas Island, and 4 projects in Dubai in Dubai Land and Downtown Jebal Ali totalling 5,000 units, according to the press statement.
