PROJECTS: Egypt's Khozam Developments launches $191mln Creek Town project

Egypt’s Khozam Developments has launched Creek Town residential project in New Cairo at investment of about 3 billion Egyptian pounds ($191 million), the company's chairman said. 

Nader Khozam told Zawya projects that 100-acre project includes 100 villas, 100 twin houses, 100 town houses, 500 apartments, and a commercial area, and would be completed in three years from the start of construction.  

He said Hany Saad Innovation is the project’s designer while Lebanon-based Chaddad Group is the main contractor.
