Majid Al Futtaim Communities, part of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, announced on Sunday the appointment of ASGC as the main contractor for the construction of Harmony at Tilal Al Ghaf in Dubai. 

The project comprises of 755 villas across three distinct phases - Harmony I, II and III, according to a press statement issued by the company.

The statement said the total contract value stands at 1.053 billion ($287 million), the largest contract value awarded by Majid Al Futtaim Communities to date.

Tilal Al Ghaf is Majid Al Futtaim’s flagship mixed-use community in Dubai, and will feature over three million square metres of walkable neighbourhoods connected by a network of pathways, cycling tracks and jogging trails, green spaces, retail experiences and an international school, according to the statement.
