Harley Street Medical Centre (HSMC), part of United Medical Enterprises Group (UME), with affiliated healthcare facilities in Dubai, Riyadh, and Muscat, has announced plans for a brand-new private healthcare facility within the world-famous Harley Street Medical Area (HSMA).

Based at 17 Harley Street, the specialist centre will provide agile, patient-centred care in exclusive surroundings. With sophisticated technology for the treatment and management of cardiovascular conditions and world-renowned consultants, HSMC will offer a wealth of expertise across cardiology, hypertension and respiratory medicine in one location.

Backed by significant investment in the latest technology, the standalone centre will benefit from state-of-the-art advanced diagnostics technology. Alongside echocardiography and other advanced technologies, diagnostics will include the Philips 3 Tesla Elition X MRI with compressed SENSE technology that reduces scan time while maintaining image quality, and GE’s RevolutionTM CT scanner capable of capturing the whole heart in a single beat.

Continuing the historic legacy at 17 Harley Street, the centre will also house a pioneering Autonomic Function Testing (AFT) laboratory; allowing a non-invasive means of testing whether the autonomic nervous system is correctly regulating cardiovascular control. This enables enhanced understanding of complex circulatory disorders; informing treatment options and significantly benefitting clinicians and their patients.

The new facility will offer patients an exclusive healthcare experience with seamless patient journeys and concierge support to enhance patients’ visits to the Harley Street Medical Area. Patients can be assured of an accurate and timely diagnosis with a focus on highly personalised care.

HSMC will be among the 18 world-leading clinics and hospital groups joining the Harley Medical Street Area (HMSA) stand at Arab Health (27 January – 30 January 2020) – showcasing the best of London’s medical excellence and state-of-the-art facilities. Alongside 4000+ companies taking part in exhibitions across four days at the Dubai World Trade Centre, HSMC will be showcasing their portfolio of leading diagnostic and healthcare facilities.

HSMC’s new cardiovascular centre, with links to UME’s healthcare facilities in Dubai, Riyadh and Muscat, will be located in the renowned Harley Street Medical Area, London – an area famed for its medical excellence in treating complex and life-threatening conditions. The area, managed by long-term landlord The Howard de Walden Estate, brings together a community of world-renowned medical professionals.

The Arab Health Exhibition and Congress is the largest healthcare event in the Middle East. The event takes place 27 January – 30 January 2020 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE.
