Al-Ablani: NBK seeks to consolidate partnerships with the public sector to develop Kuwaiti national cadres

As part of its contributions in developing the capabilities of human resources in government bodies, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) organizes a training program for the staff of Ports Security Affairs of the Ministry of Interior on the protocols of dealing with the public and customer service. The program is attended by 75 participants and comprises several sessions and workshops.

The program was launched in a reception ceremony in the presence of Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Ports Security Affairs, Major General Mansour M. Al-Awadhi, and Mr. Emad Al-Ablani, General Manager of Group Human Resources at National Bank of Kuwait.

On this occasion, Mr. Emad Al-Ablani, General Manager of Group Human Resources at National Bank of Kuwait said: “At NBK, we are pleased with this partnership aiming to provide training for MOI Ports Security Affairs staff, as it reflects the trust placed in NBK as a leading bank with strong relationships with the local community.”

Al-Ablani pointed out that NBK’s partnerships with different government bodies stems from the bank’s unshakable belief in the importance of strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors, noting that the bank is always seeking to consolidate and expand these partnerships with the aim of developing the Kuwaiti national cadres.
